Wouter van Buuren

Wouter van Buuren (1972) makes photographic collages of landscapes and objects. Particularly he is interested in the experience of space. By merging more pictures into one large image he creates new spaces in which reality may be imaginable. Since 2006 Wouter makes 'total landscapes' in which the entire scenery is visible. To achieve this he photographs from electricity towers, cranes, high rise buildings and bridges.
